A Memorable Trip to Boston 🏙️
From April 21-24, our eighth-grade class stepped outside the classroom for an unforgettable four-day journey through Boston and the surrounding region. The trip kicked off in Mystic, Connecticut, where students immersed themselves in maritime history at the Seaport Museum and discovered fascinating marine life at the aquarium.
Once in Boston, the group experienced some of the city’s most iconic sights. They followed the Freedom Trail, toured Fenway Park, and visited historic sites such as Paul Revere’s House and the Old North Church. An excursion to Salem added another layer of learning, as students explored colonial history and the events surrounding the Salem Witch Trials. The trip also included a special experience attending a performance of Disney’s Broadway production of Beauty and the Beast.
In addition to the rich educational experiences, the trip gave students the chance to bond with classmates, gain a greater appreciation for American history, and enjoy a bit of independence along the way. It was truly a memorable experience for everyone involved.
