Our Upper School Advisory program nurtures social-emotional growth, guided by the Responsive Advisory model. Advisors focus on developing and strengthening the Non Sibi traits, while helping each student cultivate self-advocacy, resilience, and the confidence to navigate both challenges and opportunities with purpose.
Program Highlights
Latin Language and Ancient Studies
Students expand their linguistic and cultural horizons with the study of Latin and the ancient world. This exploration deepens understanding of language, history, and civilization, cultivating critical thinking, curiosity, and a lifelong appreciation for the roots of modern knowledge.
Student-Driven Conferences
Each spring at Wyndcroft, Upper School students take the lead in self-reflection and goal-setting, presenting their growth and achievements to parents and advisors. These conferences cultivate self-advocacy, confidence, and a sense of ownership over their learning journey, empowering students to chart their own path toward success.
Science Fair
Seventh graders design and develop sophisticated science fair projects, showcasing their curiosity, ingenuity, and analytical skills. Many projects advance to regional and state-level competitions, offering students the opportunity to compete, collaborate, and shine on a broader stage.
Graduation Speeches
Graduation is a moment of reflection, achievement, and distinction. Each graduate has the opportunity to deliver a speech during the ceremony, sharing insights, gratitude, and personal growth from their time at Wyndcroft—marking the culmination of their journey with confidence, poise, and a celebrated voice.
