You will be invoiced through FACTS with the completion of the online agreement. Please note that if you are already enrolled in the automatic pay feature in FACTS, your payment will be paid automatically ten days after you are invoiced, otherwise please pay within 10 days of receiving the invoice. This deposit will be applied to tuition and is non-refundable. Balance of Tuition to Be Paid in the Manner Selected Below: One Payment: Pay full tuition balance by August 1, 2025. Three Payments: First tuition payment (45%) due on or before August 1, 2025. Second tuition payment (30%) due on or before November 1, 2025. Third tuition payment (25%) due on or before February 1, 2026. Ten Payments: Pay the balance of tuition in ten equal installments. Payments are due the first of every month starting August 1, 2025, through May 1, 2026. This option is only available when set up as an automatic payment through FACTS. . Balance of Tuition to Be Paid in the Manner Selected Below* One Full Payment Three Payments (45%, 30%, 25%) Ten Equal Monthly Payments Please note that all invoices are emailed from FACTS, our tuition management partner, based on the payment plan selected above. I/We understand that my/our obligation to pay the tuition and fees for the full academic year is unconditional and that after June 30, 2025, no portion of such tuition and fees paid or outstanding will be refunded or canceled in the event of absence, withdrawal, or dismissal of the above-named student from the school. Incidental fees in addition to tuition will be billed periodically with payment due directly to the School within 30 days of receipt of the bill. A late fee of 1.25%/month (15% annual rate) will be charged on all account balances not paid on or before payment due dates. If the tuition is not current or any other obligation under this contract has not been fulfilled when due, the school may refuse to allow your child to start school, or be admitted to, or participate in any class, examination, homework, project, or activity, and may refuse to issue transcripts, reports, records or a diploma. I/We understand that the Tuition Refund Plan, administered by A.W.G. Dewar, Inc., is being made available to me at this time to protect my/our annual financial obligation under the terms of the Enrollment Contract. This program ensures that fees in the event of separation are according to the terms of the policy. The cost of the plan is 1.7% of your net tuition for the school year. I/We acknowledge that I/we have received and read the accompanying brochure detailing the terms and conditions of coverage of the Plan. **By participating in the Tuition Refund Plan, I/we authorize the school to process and collect any claim payment to which I/we am/are entitled and credit it to my/our account, paying any excess to me. I/We understand that all students are automatically enrolled in this Plan. The Tuition Refund Plan nominal premium charge will be invoiced through FACTS. Waiver of Tuition Refund Plan I/We do not wish to participate in the Tuition Refund Plan. I/We understand that no refund or cancelation of the yearly fees will be made to the school for absence, withdrawal or dismissal before the end of the School year & agree to assume full tuition.I/We agree that the School has the absolute right to direct the withdrawal of enrollment for my/our child, if, in the sole opinion of the Head of School, any of the following circumstances are present: (1) my/our child’s presence is judged to be detrimental to the welfare of the School, its staff or other students; (2) the total payment obligation for tuition and fees has not been paid according to the terms set forth in this contract; (3) we [the parent(s) or guardian(s)] have not worked with School personnel in a cooperative spirit to support the needs of my/our child; or, (4) my/our child has been unable to meet the academic, social or behavior standards of the School, based upon the administration’s exclusive interpretation of such standards as expressed in the Family Handbook and elsewhere. It is further agreed that enrollment, as specified within this Enrollment Agreement, may be canceled by the parents or guardian in writing, without penalty (except forfeiture of the Reservation Deposit) prior to June 30, 2025. If enrollment is canceled after June 30, 2025, parents or guardians are financially responsible for the student and are obligated to pay the full annual charges. I/We understand that the duties and obligations of The Wyndcroft School under this contract may be suspended immediately without notice during all periods that the School is closed because of force majeure events including, but not limited to, any fire, act of God, war, governmental action, act of terrorism, epidemic or any other event beyond the School's control. If such an event occurs, the School's duties and obligations in this contract may be postponed until such time as the School, in its sole discretion, may safely reopen. We further acknowledge and agree that the sole financial remedy for a force majeure event is future service and not a tuition refund. This instrument shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Media Disclaimer I/We hereby authorize the School to use photographs, videos, writings, artwork, and audio recordings of my child or that my child has produced in the School’s printed and digital media, advertisements, and fundraising materials. I/We understand that I/we must notify the School’s Communications Office in writing to change this authorization. Parent Partnership Agreement The Wyndcroft School believes that a strong partnership between parents and the School is essential to our students' success and well-being. By enrolling my/our child at The Wyndcroft School, I/we agree to the following principles of cooperation, support, and mutual respect: Commitment to School Values: I/We understand that The Wyndcroft School is a community dedicated to academic excellence, character development, and social responsibility. I/We agree to support these values at home and reinforce the School’s mission and philosophy. Open Communication: I/We commit to maintaining open, respectful, and honest communication with the School, including my/our child’s teachers, school administrators, and staff members. I/We agree to address concerns in a constructive manner and collaborate with the School to support my/our child’s learning and development. School Policies and Expectations: I/We agree to review, understand, and adhere to the School’s policies and other communications from The Wyndcroft School. This includes, but is not limited to, policies regarding attendance, academic integrity, dress code, behavior, and digital citizenship. Active Engagement: I/We commit to being active participants in my/our child’s education by attending conferences, school events, and other opportunities for family involvement, as appropriate. I/We also agree to support my/our child’s engagement in school life, academics, and extracurricular activities. Supportive Environment: I/We will support my/our child in managing time and priorities, encouraging a balanced approach to academics, extracurriculars, and family life. I/We also agree to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for learning at home. Financial Responsibility: I/We agree to fulfill all financial commitments associated with my/our child’s enrollment at The Wyndcroft School, including timely tuition payments and other applicable fees. By signing below, I/we acknowledge my/our commitment to partnering with The Wyndcroft School to create a supportive, inclusive, and enriching environment for my/our child. I/We understand that my/our commitment to these principles is essential to maintaining the integrity and success of The Wyndcroft School community.
