Biography:
Maureen brings more than 25 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, marketing, and communications work in independent schools and educational organizations. Some of her prior leadership roles include stops as Director of Admission and Marketing at The Phelps School (Malvern, PA) Director of Enrollment at West Nottingham Academy (Colora, MD), Enrollment and Admissions Marketing Consultant, Kalix Marketing Group (Remote), and Director of Enrollment at Notre Dame Preparatory School (Towson, MD). Her passion for all-things admissions and communications reflect a career rooted in relationship-building, strategic thinking, and a genuine belief in the transformative power of private, independent schools.

Maureen also brings a strong understanding of the evolving admissions landscape and a thoughtful vision for how schools can communicate their value clearly and authentically while remaining deeply mission-centered.
