Biography
In 1997, Angi Harrison joined the Wyndcroft community as a substitute teacher, and then in 1998 began full time co-teaching Early Childhood for two years along with Lower School Science, which she still currently teaches. She also serves as the Student Council Advisor and coaches Cross Country. Angi holds a BS from The Pennsylvania State University in Elementary Education with a concentration in math and science.
Angi has always had a passion for teaching and helping others reach goals that might otherwise seem impossible, whether it be in the classroom or in life. She also has a passion for coffee, puzzles, dancing when others are looking, and making others laugh, which her students embrace as well. As an avid competitor in endurance sports, Angi has competed in many events, with her favorite being triathlons, which includes an Ironman Lake Placid finish. She loves to challenge herself and be a positive example to those around her in that the only limits we face are the ones of self-doubt.
Angi lives in Pottstown with her husband, Jeff, their son Brady (a soon to be graduate of The Wyndcroft School), and their Shiba Inu, Cody. When she is not teaching or racing, she and her family love to travel, eat and cook good food, and spend time together laughing and making lots of new memories.
