Biography

Brittany Heine joined the Wyndcroft community as the Director of Development in 2025.

Brittany has over 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience with a focus on cultivating community partnerships and growing mission-driven programs. Most recently, Brittany served as a Senior Nonprofit Programs Administrator at SourceAmerica, where she launched national workforce initiatives and cultivated partnerships with more than 500 nonprofit agencies across the country. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles in social services and community development, managing teams, overseeing multimillion-dollar programs, and leading successful strategic planning efforts.

An avid believer in lifelong learning – she graduated from Lock Haven University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Social Work, a Masters degree from American Military University (2015) and a Doctorate degree from Walden University (2025) in Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management and Leadership,

Born and raised in State College, Pennsylvania – Brittany relocated to the Washington D.C. area in 2010 for her husband’s military career. In 2021, Brittany, her husband Bill, and two daughters Kaylynne and Delaney, returned to Pennsylvania and now call Royersford home.

Outside of her time at Wyndcroft, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and two beloved dogs – Henry and Ruby! She likes to watch and attend various sporting events to cheer on her favorite teams (Phillies, Sixers, Washington Capitals, and Penn State Football), travel anywhere and everywhere, and eat all the good food!
