Biography

Mrs. Fritz joined the Wyndcroft community in July 2025 as the school nurse and is excited to begin this new chapter at a school that truly values connection and care. She brings a strong and diverse nursing background, with experience in emergency care, mother-baby units, and pediatric care. She has worked in hospitals, clinics, and most recently in the Souderton Area School District, where she cared for children with disabilities and complex medical needs.

Mrs. Fritz has always had a love for children and a strong passion for helping people, which makes her especially excited to support the health and well-being of Wyndcroft students. She looks forward to building meaningful connections with families and becoming an integral part of the school community.

She holds two bachelor’s degrees—a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Metropolitan State College of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from George Washington University. She also holds a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Her diverse educational background has helped shape both her clinical expertise and her compassionate, whole-child approach to care.

Mrs. Fritz grew up in Colorado and, after getting married, spent 22 years traveling the world alongside her husband during his Air Force career. They recently settled in Pennsylvania, where they have built a home in Harleysville and are excited to put down roots. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children (20 & 17), and their two dogs. She’s a big dog lover and also enjoys watching sports—especially cheering for the Philadelphia Phillies and her hometown team, the Denver Broncos.
