Biography

Mrs. Griffaton, also known as “Mrs. G” in the hallways of Wyndcroft, has had many “homes” inside Wyndcroft. She has taught third and fourth grade, serves as a 5th grade Advisor, and is the Learning Specialist for grades EC-8. Mrs. G has also taught in the school districts of Muhlenberg, Wilson, and Pottstown. Mrs. G loves teaching and interacting with students. She especially loves the “aha” moments of her students. She has adopted the “The Power of Yet” mindset because we all learn and grow differently, in our own timeframes. Outside of Wyndcroft, Mrs. G is an avid weather watcher, especially in the wintertime and hurricane season. She is especially fond of warm places with sand and blue water, especially St. John, USVI, and the Gulf Coast of Florida. She has been happily married to George for 27 years and has a son, Ben, who attended Wyndcroft for eleven years, “a lifer”, and is now living and working in Winter Garden, FL.
