Rooted and Rising: Grandparents’ and Special Friends’ Day Success!

On Thursday, April 2, 2026, Wyndcroft welcomed grandparents and special friends to campus for a morning of student performances and classroom visits.

The day began with a reception, followed by a Student Showcase in the Auditorium. Lower School students performed songs and presentations, while older students shared academic highlights, including a First Grade STEM project, a Third Grade Playbill presentation, and a Fourth Grade math presentation. The program also featured an Upper School slideshow, a performance by the Wyndcroft Players, and the Alma Mater.

After the showcase, guests joined students in their classrooms to observe lessons and activities across all grade levels. The Scholastic Discovery Fair in the Gymnasium was also open during this time.

This year’s theme, “Rooted and Rising,” highlighted the role grandparents and special friends play in supporting students’ growth and development.
